We had a wonderful family holiday together. The location was fantastic, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely and comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the shower. We particularly appreciated the free WiFi and the refillable push-bottles of toiletries in the shower, which were a great sustainable feature.

There were a few minor issues that detracted from our stay. Unfortunately, there wasn't any parking underneath the hotel, so we had to walk across the road to get our car in the rain.

The cleaning staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and modern. We appreciated the 24-hour check-in with the keypad entry. This hotel is perfect for independent travelers who don't mind self check, in and check, out. the location is great, with easy access to a supermarket, various shops, and dining options. the daily room service is impeccable, and the rooms are very comfortable, with nice beds and free Wi, Fi. Depending on the room, some guests can enjoy great views of the town or the mines. You will also appreciate the well, equipped kitchenette for a self, catering meal and the ample parking options nearby.

The hotel does not have a lift, which might not suit people with limited mobility or heavy luggage.

The hotel had no disability access, and my parents were unable to stay since all the rooms were only accessible by stairs. There was no reception, so when we had trouble with the keypad lock, we had to figure it out on our own.
